I bought my phone in April 2021 adopting to flipkart smart upgrade plan. They locked my phone on April 24 2022 for not paying the remaining amount. The reason for not repaying was also the error I am getting in flipkart app which they didn't resolve even until now. But they sent me a payu link through which I had done the payment on May 16th 2022. But even until today they didn't unlock the phone. Whenever I call them they extend the time to 24 - 48 hrs to get it resolved. but they didn't resolve it until now.

    I've ordered a watch from Flipkart on 4th june they mentioned expected delivery date 10th and after failed to deliver the product they changed date to 15th june and also failed to send.. changed date to 21st .. Today also i know they will not send it.. please help me to get my product.. I've already paid the amount also... Product is in nearest hub from 8th june

      I request you to kindly permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
      When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

              Flipkart delivered to me Moto E32s priced Rs.10028.00 with delivery charge, on 12/06/2022, but after delivery I found device restarting itself problem. I told Flipkart customer service about this, but they only tried to solve the problem on phone. I booked slot again and again to talk, but customer care only want to solve the problem on phone.The technician only rescheduled to visit, but never came. What the hell Flipkart service..!! Flipkart cheating the customer..!!

                I've ordered a watch from the flipcart on 4th june and experienced delivery is 9th june.. but i didn't received. They changed the date to 15th and then also same result.. they again changed the date to 21 june.. that is tomorrow... I've pad the money also . But they are playing with me by changing dates and not giving proper response

                  How can I pay 6000rs, If Flipkart will not let me pay.

                  My mobile is currently in locked condition.
                  How can I pay if there are no payment Options?

                  "Upgrade window opens in -66 days" and "Payment Options open in -341 days" are written under Upgrade your device tab and Pay and Keep tab, respectively.
                  The days are in negative, and there is no button to pay.

                  There is no red button to pay.

                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, so that I can pay and unlock my mobile.

                    I have ordered a very expensive English willow cricket bat and received a very cheap Kashmir willow one. When tried to return, Flipkart is asking for very sensitive information like scanned copy of the adhar card etc. Is it even legal? The product say F-Assured, supposed to be the exact product I see in the listing. How do I trust this company for anything. I definitely not feel safe to order anything, especially eatable as who knows what are they packing and sending.

                              Defective water purifier not being returned

                              I have purchased Hindware Callisto 7-litre RO water purifier from Flipkart on 22-May-2022, which was delivered on 26-May-2022.

                                Today there was a delivery package from my friend. The delivery people were two in count they could have come uptil my flat to deliver my order instead they said there are lot of stuff and won't be able to come upstairs.
                                In this whole process I fell and my mobile's screen broke.

                                If you can't be assured about DOOR-STEP delivery, don't claim it on your app.

                                Now, how to get my phone's screen working again.
