I ordered a saari. But the saari is not as I expected so i return it. My return request is approved but no one picked up the product, so i call on customer care of flipkart and they told me that my return request is accepted and processing but after two three days my return request is cancelled.

    Hi Team,

    I used Flipkart pay later service, but I was not sure when it was used and I forgot to pay those. But three months back I paid those charges and amount, still it is showing as write off in my cibil. Please remove write off comment in cibil ASAP.

      Ordered grocery items and did the online payment - the status shows it is delivered - but delivery was made and no one contacted as well for any delivery.

      All the 23 grocery items and lost somewhere by the delivery company and now I have chasing the customer care of Flipkart.

      Why don't they keep a simple OTP confirmation on delivery - so that they can track if the delivery if done properly by the courier company or not.

      Decided to never do pre-payments in future and will avoid Flipkart in future.

        It’s a prepaid Order. I ordered Apple iPad on Flipkart which costed me Rs.27, 900 moreover I received an empty box when I tried reaching the customer care to replace the product or refund it they just kept on waiting out my time just by opening the query and closing it automatically again I have to call them and raise the complaint so that they can resolve it but till date they did not do it. It’s been a month since this process is going on and today all of a sudden they blocked my account I don’t know whom to contact how to reach them, because when I tried reaching them on the customer care email ID they say thatThat particular email ID is not in use how come it it will happen and as my account is blocked I cannot contact them. kind request from my endPlease look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you

            I bought phone on june 7th 2021 under flipkart smart upgrade plan...i made 70% of payment during the time of purchase...according to that plan within 1 year the payment must be made to flipkart...i paid my remaining 30% of amount on may 16th 2022..my phone got locked today..even after making payment before 20 days i still get due notifications...they are sending threatening emails to me...despite making more than 25 calls to the customer care of flipkart they are not resolving my issue...this is my order id(OD[protected]

            still phone is locked after hours and hours of call to flipkart customer care...better buy from some other e-shopping website...i know amazon never would have caused this much trouble...

              I have been playing Gamezone over a year now, but lately, in the game Pets Rush, I noticed that bots are taking over the game entirely. Even if I score lakhs of points, the opposite player(bot) will have only a few hundreds upto last second if the game, but at the last 1 second, the score goes to[protected].
              By this, my supercoins went from 1056 to 839. I lost over 200 supercoins bcs of this.

                Dear, sir/mam

                I have ordered Zebronics h61 motherboard but i have received SMPS power supply. Then I have complained on flipkart customer support regarding my query. They told me that my return request has been created. Now, today delivery boy is telling that product is not matching I can't accept this order. I am continuously calling flipkart customer support they were telling me that i have forwarded your issue to the concerned team will get back to you soon.
                Why it happening please solve this issue ASAP...

                  Unable to take return of overheated Vivo 80Pro mobile

                  Hi,

                  I had purchased Vivo X80Pro mobile phone via Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 2nd June-2022.
                  Since this mobile is mostly having best camera so i tried testing different camera and video option on 3rd and 4th June-2022.
                  Here i found that mobile gets overheated when i use camera more than 35 to 45 minutes which is very surprising to me.

                  So i raised request to return product on 4th June-2022....

                    Due to late payment of 'flipkart pay later' of rupees 799/- as i couldn't pay for some technical reasons and sometimes bank problems.
                    now i have paid anyhow that amount in app flipkart. But it is still showing in my cibil as negative impact by IDFC bank, this is creating problems in my new credit card apliction.

                    Kindly Resolve this issue. I'll be grateful to you.

                    I have cleared all the payment on time and in jan 2023 i have applied for a bank loan the. Only i get to know that there is one payment due in paylter account and it affected my cibil report.i have been contacting flipkart as well as idfc for the closure . Flipkart closed my account but I haven’t received noc.idfc is asking for the noc to remove the due from my report.there is no good response from flipkart.its been 2months i m trying for that

                      I have ordered Redmi T10 on Flipkart which was expected to arrive on June 9 and today I have received a notification that my order has been cancelled by the Flipkart seller. This is a betrayal from their end as when I had ordered they have plenty of stock available. My order id is OD[protected].

                      I want my order on time as it has wasted my time.
                      Many customers have been facing this issue from Flipkart. They are making it normal. I just don't want sorry from them.

                        Return of a damaged IPhone, no resolution from Flipkart till date.

                        I had ordered an iPhone SE 128 GB (Red) which was to be delivered on 4 June 2022. At the time of delivery the delivery executive asked if I want the package to be opened (an option Flipkart provides) to which I said yes. As soon as he opened the brown box I noticed that the iPhone packaging seems to be repacked and further inside the phone box, there were white marks on the front and back of the phone.                         I have ordered a HP 64GB Pendrive from Flipkart on 3rd June and it has to be delivered on 4th June. I have waited for the product whole day and in evening when I checked the status of product it is shown as delivered. when I called to delivery person he ask me for my phone number first then he disconnect the call and call through his personal number and ask me that he will deliver the product next day and disconnected the call. again when I tried to call him he picked the call and told me that product address is not correct and disconnect the call, I called him again and told him if the address is wrong then how other products will delivered in same address then he told me that product is already delivered. every time I called him his statement was change and how could he delivered the product to some other person without calling me or without Otp. Do Flipkart have any care of money and time of his customers ? already submit my complaint to Flipkart and no resolution provided or no action taken by Flipkart yet.

                          The issue that I have experienced was: We Have Ordered One Product In Flipkart With Cash On Delivery Option
                          But Before The Delivery We Paid With Online Payment Through Pay Now Option In Flipkart App.

                          But While Delivery The Delivery Executive Told Amount Not Credited, So Pay Again The First Transaction Amount Will Refund

                          I have requested for return my order realme tab 3. Return accepted bt Flipkart and pick up date was assigned on 4 June 2022. But the pick up not scheduled till now. And I did receive my refund amount. I have called several times to customer care executive but they didn't resolve my query. Due to this I can't go anywhere. And my credit card bill was also due on 7 June. How could I pay untill I get my refund. Who is responsible for this. I want my refund on priority basis. I have also lodged a complaint in consumer grievance.
