I have order hp laptop from flipkart with phonepe upi account is of hdfc and I order laptop on 19th jan and also cancel on 19 but I don't get refund till today 21 jan laptop price is 57990 and I am very need my money but dent get refund I call flipkart customer care they are saying seller initiatiated the refund and it is bank process it can take some time and they gave also refund reference number it is (PZT[protected]B6INR02 )so please help me

    This is to bring into your notice that I had order trolley from flipkart and agent is denying duty at my location saying that it is not serviceable.(ekart agent)

    However last week I got delivery of iphone 12 mini delivered by flipkart agent inside my house.(another ekart agent)

    I would like you to take an stern action against it and provide me with the best resolution at the earliest regarding the delivery of my product.

    Also the behavior of agent was very rude, I believe your organization is lacking in provide basic behavioral trainings to the employees.
    He said 'çhahiye to office se le jana', then what is the use of ordering online, I could have gone and bought it from market.

    Finally after long harassment and umpteen number of calls, emails and tweets, today finally I got my order delivered. Thanks Miss Hemanti from customer support team for the regular assistance and arranging the delivery to my location.

    At the end of the day he rejected the product saying customer denied it's acceptance during delivery however no one came for the delivery of the product.
    This is the pathetic service I have experienced by ekart logistics and flipkart in which I am getting the orders delivered to my address but 1 specific agent is denying the delivery as if he wants to save the delivery expenses which I have already paid in the product order amount.

      My Flipkart Pay Later account was debited with 50, 000\- due to fraud. I got a message from one number where it showed as business account and he is from Flipkart exactly after the product was delivered. I thought it was legit due to the order details that he mentioned was accurate and shared the OTP which he asked for. After that I received sms on my mobile stating 50, 000 was debited from my Flipkart Pay Later account(Flipcart provides credit limit with which we can make payments and pay them later like credit card) and I need to pay them as EMI of 6100/- from next month. Details of the phone number and email are attached also the transaction and other details.

      Hopefully my issue gets resolved soon.

        A product was delivered to me on last Saturday, but the product was too large for me. So I wanted to return the product. But when I saw order details there is no return option.

        So I text to them, first the reply came that it was due to technical issue... Second time when I text they said it will be resolved ( at a given time ).

        So at evening time I received a call. They asked about my query. I explained them. They said ok it will be solved, and said " go to order details and request for return" . But when I check it, there was no returning option.

        Again I text to them, they again gave
        me a time . But time is over now and they still didn't help me...

        Please help me with my issue, I want to
        return it. Last time it was done easily, but why I'm facing so much trouble this time.

          I Bought a furniture in Flipkart and it was delivered on December 29th 2021. Damaged product was delivered. I Raised a replacement request, replacement has not happened yet n number of complaints I have raised with flipkart No use. Still they are extending the timeline. Even managers on the customer service are also dumb. Seller is clearly known as cheating seller.
          Worst service from flipkart. Until jan 21st no solution. Planning to take legal action I have around 15 recorded audios from customer service person, No solution yet. Waste fellows

            I am Aravind and I have ordered VU premium 55 inch Television in flipkart and it was delivered on 19th Jan, 2022. The installation was scheduled on 20th Jan. But no one contacted me and I have called and discussed with flipkart support nearly 10 times and they have raised a complaint. And assured that it will be done by the next day. And I was hoping that and again no response and evening I got a message like your installation/demo for the product Vu television was cancelled due to no reposnse from me.

            I don't want to leave this and I am waiting for the resolution and I am ready to go to any extinct.

              My timeline is over, on the flipkart end they are saying that my refund gas completed, but the amount yet not credited, they are also not giving me the transaction id

                I have paid all the installments on time, but you sent wrong information in CIBIL due to which my CIBIL was reduced, I have spoken to Filipkart Customer care service, it is saying that you contact IDFC Bank, this is a wrong way of your pay later service.i am not satisfied with your service, If customers are not satisfied then hey will not service from you again.they will get angry and they will give bad reviews to your business.this will harm your company reputation and no new customers will service from you.this will further hamper your revenue.therefore it is very important to keep your customers happy.

                    I bought samsung 4k pro 55 inch tv during the sale as they advertised sell items for less price during sale. I paid 56-2(bank discounts). Now the price of the product is reduced by 2k after the sale. Now the price is 54-2(instant discounts).
                    I have asked gor the return of the product which just arrived not installed yet. They say they cannot take the product back and cannot adjust the price difference also.

                    They are misleading customers in the name of sale and selling products for more price.

                    I want the product to be sent back or the difference amount should be adjusted by flipkart.

                    Its clearly price discrimination and cheating customers by not allowing us to send the product back.

                      I purchased an item from Flipkart on 15 Jan 2022 and faced some issue with the item so request for a replacement first it showed a long resolution date than it extended and on final date it got cancelled and my account was blocked with any reason it was a 20000 it and i am struck with this item order I'd OD[protected]

                        I have received the damaged product realme buds q (Order I'd : OD[protected]. Charging case of this product is damaged..it's charging pin is broken from inside. I have raised the return request to Flipkart on 13th of January 2022 but Flipkart is not approving the return request for a long time. I have raised several complains to Flipkart customer care of receiving damaged product but still Flipkart is not working on it. So, I request you to look into it.

                          Na hi mujhe account closed karne ka karan bataya hai.
                          Bahut bar customer care se bat kar chuka hu, but unhone kai bar ye hi kaha ki ek do din m account unlock ho jayega but sir abhi tak koi bhi solution nhi huaa hai.

                              Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                              I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.
