Flipkart — ban on playing games in the flipkart game zone.

Hi flipkart,

I'm s. Sai sharan has started playing games in flipkart, when the app was launched with video, ideas and new games just before bbd. I own a nubia red magic 3 gaming smartphone which has got some top notch software and hardware which also i bought from the flipkart recently. So, the flipkart games used to run much smoother and better on the bigger, better screen when compared to other mobiles of my family members in which the games used to run with some lag/delay. So, they started to play in my mobile with their own unique account. Yesterday (08/11/19) i and all my family's accounts were blocked from flipkart game zone. So, i think just because the game was played in the same device using multiple accounts of my family members, flipkart might have banned us. As far as i know this was a fair play and the reason is genuine, i would be very happy if flipkart unban the accounts from the flipkart game zone.

This act by flipkart might be by their rules but the reason behind it is genuine. This has made me restless.

I was very much happy with shopping and gaming with flipkart. We had won several rewards also. And for your information i'm a flipkart plus member and i had shopped recently in the sales worth around 1, 30, 000 (One lakh thirty thousand rupees) which you can check in my orders. I think flipkart doesn't want to lose a potential customer just because of some resolvable issues.

Kindly help me in this issue and please get it resolved asap! Thank you.
