Flipkart — Banned from playing games in game zone of flipkart mobile app. | |
Me and my family members are blocked from flipkart game zone showing message ""something went wrong We encourage fair play in line with our terms and condition""" My family member regularly played all games to collect gems. Then by using these hard earned daily gems some of my family member started winning rewards daily mostly in snake smash game.in order to earn this gems regularly we played from each other's mobile and user id's so that that we never missed the opportunity to earned these gems. Flipkart never messaged or emailed which terms and condition we did not follow while winning rewards. There is no mentioning in terms and condition of each game (Issued before 31st may, 2030) in flipkart game zone that we can't use multiple flipkart i'd in multiple device to shop or to play games. Therefore, banning us based on the above message or condition from flipkart is totally baseless. We kindly request to lift ban from game zone of all user like us using multiple i'd in multiple device to shop or play games. (Our blocked flipkart user i'd only to play games - anil49.19xxxxxx.com, 74000xxxxx9, 8208xxxxx4, ay9xxxxxx.com, 9320xxxxx7 all blocked on same day) Was this information helpful? | |
