[Resolved]  Flipkart — bicycle

Have recently bought a kids bicycle from flipkart. Productc received is damaged. I called the customer care and have a return request the same day that's 18th august. Return was accepted. Promise pick up date was 25th august 2018. Called up the customer care on 23rd to check the status and was asked to wait till 25th. No-one called for picup and had to contact customer care again. Got to know there's some system error and will be sorted by 01st september. Email confirmation was sent on some email i'd which is not even registered. I used my number to login.

Have been requesting customer care everyday to update my email i'd and got a mail asking to share the images of damaged product. Did the same on 29th. Still no resolution given till today. When called the customer care today got to know new date for resolution is 3rd sep as in system delivery confirmation is not done.

It take less than 24 hrs to update delievery in system but they are not doing intentionally.

While discussing with seller about the issue, he agreed to take the product back but flipkart is troubling by saying seller doesn't have return policy.

My money is struck and i am been trouble unnecessarily.

Please help me with issue.
