Flipkart blocked my account without any valid reason.

My account details:

And when i called to know the reason, i was told that their system had detected an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history so i called and informed you to check that i had not returned above 60% (By total amount of all orders) of my orders and my account had been blocked without a proper reason.

Then i was told that i hadn't returned in high numbers but i had returned some unusual one and that was the reason my account was blocked.

So i asked what was my unusual return and on which order but i was told that we would not be able to tell you that.

So i asked them how can i return the previous order prior to this matter, because i have got 30 days return policy on those orders and when i placed this order, my account was not blocked. (My order number: od[protected]

In answer to my query, i got the reply that we would not be able to return those orders.

They are doing this very wrong with me.

They haven't mentioned anywhere on their website or in terms and conditions that your account would be blocked if you would return above this percentage of your orders.

When i talked to them about where they have mentioned that if the return percentage will be above some percentage, then my account would be blocked, then they replied me that this is their hidden policy.

This is so shocking that one of india's biggest e-commerce company has no fear of india's law and system and they can give such an answer that this is their hidden policy.

For example, i bought 5 t-shirts from flipkart and i have got 30 days return policy on those t-shirts. And i returned 4 t-shirts out of those 5 because of size issue. And after that i ordered 5 jeans in another order. And when i wanted to return 3 jeans out of those 5, they didn't allow me to return those jeans stating the reason that they have blocked my account because i have returned 80% of the products from the previous order. So they would not allowed me to place new orders. And not only that, they would also not allowed me to return the already placed orders.

I talked with them over phone for more than 1 hour but they didn't help me at all.

I want to return the orders which i have placed before they blocked my account but they are not ready to accept even those orders.

Please provide me a proper solution to my problem. My precious time was wasted because of flipkart and because of that my business was also affected. So please provide me a justice and a proper solution.

Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
