V 32 inch (Blockon company) order no: od[protected], date of receive :[protected] ref./ complain / request id : id9e2-36657mhse[protected] reg contact no : [protected] date of order :[protected] amount paid : 15999/- rs problem details : the consumer has placed the order from the concerned website. The consumer has paid the amount for the product. But the company has delivered the defective product (T. V was getting hang). So the consumer has approached to the company but now the company has not providing proper service to him. Still his t. V problem has not solve by the company side. So he wish to step forward against company. Expected: the consumer wish to have the satisfactory response and replace the product or refund the amount if will not be replace.
