[Resolved] Flipkart — blaupunkt tv installation not done | |||
Ordered and received a blaupunkt 43inch smart tv on march and got it replaced on april 9th as the first piece was defective and picture was getting stuck in between. The new piece arrived on 9th april and it is 18th april now and nobody has come for installation and demo yet. This box (Not even sure if there is a tv inside) has been sitting idle in my bedroom for last 10 days. Escalated multiple times to flipkart service team and am getting the usual answer 'this has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 hours' and nothing happened yet. And, i am not allowed to install it on my own as doing that would cancel my warranty. The holidays are going on and there are kids at home who are not able to watch their favorite shows due to this horrible customer service from flipkart. Not even able to return this product now. Hope this complaint would reach the right authorities. Never had such a horrible customer service experience and i am worried that my hard earned money would be lost.
