[Resolved] Flipkart — block of my account without any valid reason | |||
My flipkart account was blocked almost a month back just after i tried to buy a pen drive from the seller, retailnet, who were cancelling my orders from their side and flipkart customer service officials were asking to me place the order again... I have always kept a clean order history with all the orders for either my personal use or for my family and friends. But flipkart, without any sort of proof or prior notice have blocked my account and they have not yet resolved it or properly responded to my emails. They are claiming that i am buying stuff as a reseller which in no way i am. I am a flipkart plus customer with a 60000 rupees cardless credit limit, which allowed me to purchase stuff for my family and friends on an emi basis and i haven't made a single late payment.
