[Resolved] Flipkart — blocked my account without my mistake | |||
Flipkart blocked my account without my mistake. I ordered 2 sarees when offer was running, later the seller canceled my order due to the availability of the product but flipkart blocked my account by mentioning like i returned too many items. I didn't receive that product even. There was a pending bill of 1359 when they blocked my account, i could make the payment through my account as it was already blocked. Then i checked with the customer care team to provide alternate ways to pay the bill and she provided me a rozerpay gateway link to pay the bill. As soon as i got the link i paid the bill before the due date. However, i frequently received a call for the due amount. Even i explained the way i paid the bill they torcher more than a week. I have more the 700 flipkart coins in my account. Please have them to unblock my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 20, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We'd like to let you know that your recent return request is canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history and we understand that you were experiencing issues while making a payment and would like to confirm that the seller has received the payment of Rs. 1359 ₹ for the Month of December And it is updated. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. your kind understanding is appreciated.
