Flipkart — blocking account of customer without valid reason and no customer support.

I need to know the reason for me getting blocked from Flipkart. I ordered a case for the Poco f1 which was cancelled by the seller stating that I am trying to resell the product to someone else. So I ignored that and ordered again, which got cancelled again for the same reason. So I contacted the customer care and they said the issue would be resolved by 5th of October. So I just placed order from a different seller a different mobile case. Again it was cancelled for the same reason. And on 5th of October I received a mail saying that I am trying to buy from Flipkart and sell to others. Are there any human workers left in the company or everything computerized? Do they have any sense left? Is this the way they behave with your customers, and that too with a Flipkart plus customer. This is ridiculous. If Flipkart needs proof that I purchase for myself then they should check with me first. If they have any intelligence, they should have gone through my past orders where they could find the Poco f1 which I have ordered an year back. So what's wrong with me buying accessories for my phone? Flipkart has the worst ever service I have ever seen. This never happened to me with any others like Amazon, paytm, or anyone else. But Flipkart has ruined my day. Their customer service is too useless. They can't even affirm me anything. I have contacted them more than 4 times. They just say everything has to be done by back end team and I have to wait for 72hrs. It's the same reply for 5 calls with the customer service.Always all they is "wait till the end of so and so date". What's the use waiting while I'm receiving mails that I'm blocked ? What am I, a criminal or what? They are violating the customer policies and being too sense less. They don't even send a human written mail to me always I receive a same computer generated mail and got frustrated with it. If they ban my account they should at least let me access through my past orders. Am I a fool to spend loads of money till now in Flipkart. It's the least they can do. There is no use of their customer service. All they can say is that we can understand your situation and will escalate this matter to back end team and they will resolve it soon.

Weare sorry to let you know that our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
