[Resolved]  Flipkart — boat earphones return

I ordered boat earphones of the value rs 1599, and i received the defective product 2 days later to my promised delivery date. I had, and that was not all i got the product which was defective and the voice was so distorted that it was unusable. I called, and than was told to call again and again and again (As the status of the shipment was not updated) and at fourth call-for the refund they were like its policy we cannot refund for this. I don't want the product i want the entire amount back.
