Sharing my personnel experience
Please don't buy any mobiles from flipkart. If you are not happy with the product they don't care and they are not worried about the customer satisfaction. They have jeeves as their technical service partners and they work only under the guidelines of the flipkart. Fflpkart's customer service is a major problem especially relates to mobile. Either refund or replacement or enhancement nothing is possible as they always use the word sorry for n number of times and they only talk about their policy matters relates to the product. They hide the sellers contact and email details of the vendor too.
Though we know the seller is vision star, we cannot find any details on search to contact.
Think twice before buying any mobiles from flipkart.

Updated by Narayana CN There is no point in reverting back, your comment is just for the sake of public information. If you are really serious post the seller details otherwise return the money back or replace the mobile with the 128gb ram with 8gb ram blue
else forget it. i feel just sorry for buying a mobile at flipkart
