[Resolved] Flipkart — boycott flipkart. - ambrane power bank 10000mah. | |||||
I bought an ambranne power bank 10000mah which appears to be fully faulty. Not working in any way Order is: od[protected] On reporting to flipkart they not agreeing for a reverse pickup. (In bangalore) Neither do they arrange for a replacement/refund. Instead i got a shipment address to ship the product. (Which is also in bangalore). I tried negotiating with flipkart for arranging a reverse pickup they are adamant that they will not. But whole point is all my other returns (Clothes, belts etc) are taken care of ekart pickup, but when it comes to faulty electronics they cant bear the loss and try to pass on the loss to the common man. So at last i took some time from my work and visited india post office they said its not a full proper address and they cant ship it. Called flikart - the guy said blue dart will take it. Ok next to bluedart and to my dismay they are refusing to ship the product and the same with fedex as well. I spent half a day after this. Again called the cust care of flikart and very annoyingly they are asking me to try with ddtc. I suppose these guys think that we customers are jobless people to hop from 1 office to the other everyday. Now i cannot go and find a courier partner who ships to the address. I have my work and other commitments. 1. Why do you arrange reverse pick up only for apparels and not for electronic goods?? - for clothes/apparels they are ready for anything. The goods get rolled easily from customer to customer. 2. Why do you cheat the customers selling faulty products?? I believe the mistake i did was ordering a product from flipkart which was very well available in local shops. Bottom line: flipkart cheated with me with 899rs. I decide to boycott flipkart and convince my friends to do the same until they resolve my issue with a replacement/refund by arranging a reverse pickup. Was this information helpful? | |||||
