[Resolved] Flipkart — bpl tv installation pending since 18 days of delivery | |
I purchased BPL Led tv which was delivered on the 1st Feb 2020 and it is still not installed. Flipkart needs to resolve this asap. I didn't spend 16k to have a box of tv sitting at my home which I can't even open because Flipkart has failed to get it installed as it was promised on its websites product specifications. This is beyond frustrating and has become a joke, 18 days since delivery and still not installed. I have been receiving 2-4 calls a day from flipkart customer care with no resolution untill today.
