[Resolved] Flipkart — breach of confidentiality & customer privacy | |||
I am getting calls from scammers who has the complete details of my recent purchase made with flipkart. It includes my address as well as payment details. I want to know how these data were shared with them. When reported to flipkart they remain silent. When asked for a mail confirmation that the data was not leaked from their end, they are not ready for it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 24, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer stated that he is getting fraud calls about the contest winning, hence we called customer and informed his details are secured and asked to ignore the same, if still he is getting calls about the same asked to raise an complaint in cyber crime and closed the case.
