[Resolved] Flipkart — buy back guarantee old mobile brand name changed | |||||
I plan to buy new mobile using with buy back guarantee. But issue as follows I select first asus max pro.. Then i select buy back 3500 Screen shows brand k8 plus & imei. No. (Same as such my buy back mobile). Again i select 'add to cart' button.. After that i saw my cart screen it shows.. "buy back of oppo a71" it wrongly show.. (Automatically changed) but imei. No. Correctly shows.. Secondly i try to buy redmi 6 again same problem arise.. Complaint booked at flipkart app on dec 9 2018 but till they tell technical team working on it.
