Flipkart — buyback guarantee issue | |
Dear team This mail is regarding my buyback guarantee plan for the order purchased through flipkart the order copy is enclosed I am unable to avail the benefit of it as after few days of purchase of product I had to replace the mother board of my new mobile as Airtel volte was not working in my phone the mother board after replacement the things were fine but now when I am applying for buyback it's unable to fetch the new IMEI no which was replaced at that time through authorised service centre kindly resolve my issue and guide further I already mailed the job sheet and screenshot of my new IMEI no to flipkart as asked by them but no resolution till now kindly help Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 21, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Arvind, We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your order OD[protected]. We wanted to inform you that the order has been canceled as the exchange product is not as per the seller exchange policy. Hence, wish master has denied to pick up the product. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 12 Aug 19 and should be reflecting on your PhonePe account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your understanding is much appreciated. | |
