[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of my order without informing me | |
Madam/dear sir, I have placed order for asus laptop worth rs. 41240 on discounted price during 1st-3rd april flipkart sale. Delivery date was 5th of april at my home address. On 5th april, i got a message that there will be some delay for delivery and expected date is 8th april. And next day, my order got cancelled from flipkart side without getting confirmation from my side. They processes my refund and date of transaction would be 15th april. I am at loss now because price for the same laptop is rs. 45990 now. I want compensation atleast for monetary loss. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. I never expected this from flipkart.
