[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of order after collecting the payment | |||||
I ordered 4 yoga mats from flipkart and paid through my debit card. they collected 1782/- and within half an hour they cancelled the order. when i called them regarding this they are inrimating that the order will be taken only for one piece and the amount will be paid within six working days. its really rude behaviour as they are collecting money in holidays and they wont pay it back on holidays. they are requesting me tht fifty percent of the money will be returned tomorrow and the remaining will be paid in the next week. what the hell is going on? what is their right to do all this? if they wont pay the money within a day from the cancellation i am going to file it in consumer court for their irresponsibility and inability. karthik, [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 26, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. As we see that the seller has already refunded Rs 1782 on 24th Feb 2017 and as per standard banking procedure the amount will reflect in your Debit card account in 6 business days.
