Flipkart — Cancellation of order by rider without my consent

Few days back, on 14th Jan 2023. I bought a front load washing machine of samsung in exchange of an old washing machine. I had paid around 20, 563 using icici emi. Wth order I'd OD[protected].
Amount was debited, product was out for delivery on 16th Jan itself.
Rider came to my house to see an old product condition, surprisingly without any check up he told me that I would not take this machine. How could he judge any item without inspecting it thoroughly???

When he checked, he found bucket was not revolving and abit of rust on it. I requested him to talk with his senior to see if bargaining option is available or not.

He deliberately told me I won't call anyone. I requested him one more time, same replied.

Afterwards, i took around one minute to take a final decision of buying it. But before that deliery boy told me rudely can you please decide it faster as I've lots of order to deliver. That's kind of pissed me off completely. His behaviour towards customer was inappropriate and not so good at all.

Lastly, i told him to take away an old washing machine, and without listening me further, he went from my house without saying anything.

I went outside to look around his tempo, i saw he was gone straight away.

After then, I called him several times so that he could deliver my product. But unfortunately he didn't picked up my call even for a one time. That's how ekart company trained their riders.

After few hours, my order was cancelled without my consent. For an old product it was stated as verification failed.

All this happened without my consent, just because of ekart rider's ego.

And till now, my complaint has been forwarded to flipkart team, I've received not a single response from their side.

Customer can only hope from consumer forum eventually, but till now consumer forum is not living up to the mark.

As company like flipkart, Amazon, swiggy etc has more power than consumer forum. That's why all of them doing a dadagiri without any second thought. They are like taking things for granted because consumer forum not being applying any pressure on such companies.

Eventually customer loose his money, time and trust.

Injustice with innocent ones are about to happen everytime.

So for me, consumer forum should not be exists as you are not even consider the consumer concern seriously.

Flipkart is really bad at resolving customer query, even they didn't understood my concern when i raised a complaint. All I've got in return after three days, got a call regarding the confirmation of refund which was successfully credited. Even they didn't care about why order has been cancelled?

Truly shame on Flipkart which failed to delivered it's service.

Till now I'm continuously hoping to get my order.

Flipkart marked my complaint as resolved without resolving anything. Till now i haven't received my order. How could they harassed a customer by calling them for buying???
In reality, Flipkart don't give a damn about customer experience. Shame on Flipkart.

Thats a shame on Flipkart for giving such ### service, in return they don't even CARE about giving 1500rs coupon which i got for redeeming 200 coins. Even though I requested them to offer my coupon or gift card after order gets delivered. Even they don't provide me complaint number against the coins redeemed which should be reversed by automatically by now. that's clearly tells that flipkart do CARE for Wishmaster only, over Wishmaster, CUSTOMER importance is nothing, even for the first time, flipkart didn't even apologies from the same, even seller has not provided me any offer afterwards. All I'm feeling very bad. Flipkart is worst in terms of giving CUSTOMER satisfaction.
