[Resolved] Flipkart — cancelled the order without my concern | |||||
I have placed a order of oppo f9 mobile with in exchange with moto g turbo (During big billion days) with flipkart. Order i. D is od[protected], which is got cancelled without my concern. Flipkart attempt a delivery but that time i was not there to receive my package then i have raised a request to attempt it again but they didn't do the thing and cancelled my product and the order was prepaid order. I had conversation with their executive seven time to take care of my order before the order was cancelled, every time the said you will have your order, we are working on it and now they cancelled my order. The company manipulates me and waste my plenty of time. Being a consumer i want to complaint against flipkart for false promises that company made and wasting of my valuable time and hurting the sentiments of customer.
