Flipkart — Carrier brand is ridiculous and disgusting

Hello Fogs,

If you are going to buy this AC so I request you to please read my review first. This is totally truth review from my side.

As per my experience, I will give -1 star to the Flipkart and Jeeves( service branch which will come for installation when you purchase AC to the flipkart).

I gave 5 rating due to show my review on top otherwise it will be come at last and peoples can't able to check in the list of priority.

I purchased this AC on 30 march 2017 from flipkart and flipkart delivered with in 2 days as per fast delivery and after that they raise the ticket to jeeves customer service engineer to installation.

Guys, I wanna tell you that jeeves technician is really uneducated engineer and very lazy services provide from the brand,
Carrier AC is also very bad in case of cooling. I installed the AC in my 10x10 size room and i saw that AC is not cooling at all even after i run the AC in my room 3 hours continuously but still the ac was not cooling my room. So next day, i called to the carrier service center to check the issue.

Guys, carrier service is such a disgusting service. They come after 1 week and said you need to run ceiling fan with AC to spread cooling always in the room or set the swing in front of fan side to make it cool. I said AC is not working properly so you need to change gas filling first so please check and change it so they said your AC with in warranty so we are taking your request for refilling the gas. But the issue was same even after gas refilling. So I again complain to the flipkart to return the AC so after that they took my request and return my ac on 14th Apr 2017.

But after that now i am facing new problem from them, i am complain them form apr 14 2017 to flipkart and jeeves and follow up continusly on dalily basis, but they are not ready to come and install my ac. Every time they give me new date to wait 48 hrs or 24 hrs. But they don't come to install ever after wait of 12 days

I request to the flipkart to take it back my AC. I don't want to keep it further more and said If you don't able to install this AC at home so just take it back. But they said return policy is not available in our policy so you need to wait until it's install. I want to ask to the flipkart director, If this same issue is facing your family or your kids, so how you will fill in this summer.

I am not a new customer of flipkart. I purchased many products from last 5 years so i request to the flipkart to take it back. This AC and his brand is really disgusting so i want to take it back.

please take my request seriously otherwise i need to knock the door of labor court.

Hello Guys,

Let me again update you my new issue. Yesterday It's install at home the replacement AC. And the new AC is also not working properly. I mean no cooling after run 6 hrs. Now i am again complaint to FLIPKART and they give me time to resolve issue on or before 29th APR. let see what they will do now.

I request to them to return this. But they are still not ready to take it back.
