I have ordered synco practice carrom board 24th nov.2019 but I have received venture sports carrom board which was quality wise not at par synco I have ordered.
I have complaint the same to customer care and they assure for picking the carrom board and deliver original product but again I have received another brand sitara carrom board which is also not the product which I have ordered.
Now again I call customer care then he told me that seller is not having synco carrom board so he is offering return not exchange.
Sir I have intra organization carrom tournament and after 9 days you are offering return it seems your organization is not having concern about customer trust, time and belief.
Kindly take a satisfactory action so that we can not move for legal proceedings.
You prompt and corrective action is solicited.
