[Resolved] Flipkart — cash refund issue | |||
I purchased a jacket using paylatter, then i payed the amount of paylatter using my debit card. After that i returned the product, then i received a message like amount will be refunded to my bank account but it's been more than 30days there is no proper response or no proper answer from customer side. All executive are saying different different reasons. Am really tired of these types of problems. Now flipkart executive is saying to contact to bank or bank manager to recover the money. The bank is saying amount in not transferred to my account Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Today morning i received a fraudulent SMS (it is what i believe) from Flipkart. I have attached the screenshot of the sms i got. Please resolve this and get back to me immediately
