[Resolved] Flipkart — cashback not received yet
I have purchased phone on flipkart which covered cashback, I have received mail of cashback credited to account, still I have not received cashback, customer care is also not willing to help and not having conversation regarding this and cutting the calls, I want to issue an fraud case on flipkart

May 29, 2018Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the cash back is not credited. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the cash back amount is not reflecting in customer account. We have issued a e-gift voucher worth Rs.659/- to customer Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
