[Resolved] Flipkart — cashback of 10000 on pixel 2 xl not received | |||
I waited for 30th aug 2018 as per t&c to receive cashback, but didnot received on time. Then on 3rd sep 2018 i complained on customer care and that person told me, i'll get cashback before 20 jan 2019, but in t&c it is clearly writtern no issues will be discussion on this offer after 31 dec 2018. On 4th sep i received email from flipkart that i'll get cashback before 14 sep but still not received till date. Again on 21 sep i called customer care and they told me that i'll receive cashback before 24 sep. Flipkart executive told me that flipkart is a platform, offer is given my redington india ltd. So issue of not getting cashback is not responsiblity of flipkart. But how can i contact redington regarding my issue if no contact no. Or any info is not provided by flipkart. This is flipkart responsibility to given valid address and contact info of redington. I am complaining this issue to rbi. Order id : od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
