[Resolved] Flipkart — cell phone cover | |
This incident happened on 11 april 2018. I purchased a cell phone cover online, the delivery which came carried a product (Cell phone cover) which was utterly and devastatingly torn. I called the customer center on the same day for an exchange. The person who was talking to me did not adhere to my request so i told him to give me a refund, he in return told me that there was no such policy as a refund to customers in this company. He was clearly lying as it was clearly stated in the product information that a refund and an exchange of the product was acceptable within ten days of its purchase. Despite arguing with him he did not listen to me. I told him to give me the number of his senior, he told that his senior was talking on his phone. This took place for over an hour.
