[Resolved]  Flipkart — cheated by flipkart and horrendous customer support. canceled my order even when i said not to cancel.

I am writing this in utter dissatisfaction from the customer handling of flipkart. (13th-oct) my phone was scheduled to get delivered. The delivery executive came and examined the device and said he was not qualified to take any decision as he is a junior. He requested me to wait for his senior to arrive. Apparently, i was told that the senior guy would arrive in 30 mins. But he didint. After i called that junior executive now he is saying that his senior is busy. So i told him to give me his number. After getting the number i called him up. [protected] is his number and his name is tapas. After calling him, he said the junior executive is doing what he is told and assured me not worry as he would arrange the delivery of the phone by (14th). But he requested me to keep this confidential and told me not to report this to flipkart customer support. I as a customer i was trying to cooperate as much as possible. That day (13th) i got a message that your product delivery has been canceled as exchange item was rejected. Now the thing is that guy tapas didn't even come to my home to check my device. Then today morning when i called that guy tapas he is saying he cannot deliver the product and told me to do further communication with flipkart. Then i was trying to explain him why i got the message that my exchange item was rejected? He said that 'don't go by the policy and if you go you might not receive the product.' so as you can see this a complete case of fraud. He canceled my pick up and delivery that too when he himself didn't come to check the old phone. Do you understand your level of customer service and training of delivery guys? Now when i called the customer care i was told '100 times sorry'. Look i don't need sorry or 'inconvenience is regretted'. I want my phone. Then after almost 40 mins of discussion all flipkart could manage that a resolution would be provided. There is not a single scratch on the display. Battery works perfectly fine. Charing port working fine. So what are your expectations? You want to take the phone as a brand new one?
Now according to this incident: in[protected] i am yet to get a resolution by 18th-oct
Now today morning (16-oct) i got a mail
(Ref: incident: in[protected] saying you pick up item has been rejected however if i wish to pay the extra amount i can get the phone. Immediately i mailed that i am willing to pay the amount. Then after 6 hours today, i got a mail that the order has been canceled. Can you imagine how fake flipkart's customer support is? Immediately i called the customer support and all they could manage to say that it was their fault and request me to book a new phone.
My emi is generated, i have all the back cover and tempered glass and now flipkart wants me to book another phone and also wont let me avail big billion day offers.
