[Resolved] Flipkart — cheated me with a wrong delivery | |||
I had ordered for "yu yureka black matte black 32 gb mobile" from my profile on 14-august-2018. It was delivered t me on 24-august-2018. The "delivered one was a fake product which is not a mobile,"a bluetooth speaker and a pair of ear phones they are not branded". I had made return request and the flipkart team contacted me on 25-august-2018 and the promised me a replacement against that fake delivery on 3-september-2018. But as i found in my profile that it was cancelled by seller on 1-september-2018. I made another request for return and i had spoken to flipkart customer service and they said some team will contact me and i had received a message that they will be contacting me on 2-september2018 before 19:30 hrs but i had not received any call from flipkart. This repeated for four times in total they cancelled my requests with out any prior notice. They did'nt provided me with a resolution till now order id is"od[protected]" Was this information helpful? | |||
