[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating by flipkart and refusal to acknowledge complaints or allow negative review | |
After lying on their website about delivery and refusing to allow me to review because it does not meet their standards and also not replying to or acknowledging any of my complaints sent via e-mail, i have now got this pathetic reply from flipkart. I want (1) a written reply that i can keep on record not a telephonic conversation (2) proof of delivery because flipkart - on their website - has claimed to deliver the product which i have not received. Give me proof of delivery or refund the money so i can give my business to a professional and honest seller/ intermediary. Was this information helpful? | |
