[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating in name of customer support. ceo not responding to mails | |||
I had purchased a vivo v15 mobile phone in 15th may the phone was out for delivery on 17th may. The person who came for delivery rejected the exchange mobile phone - mi redmi 4 even though the conditions written on the flipkart website were meeting. I escalated the matter to flipkart customer care and i was promised a resolution time of 19th may. I did not receive any resolution and again got a new promise time of 20th may. On 17th may, i was called at the rudrapur centre for recheck of my handset and again it was not approved. I had got my handset checked from mi store and the person told that the phone is absolutely fine. I again raised a mail to the ceo of the organisation on 18th may but received no response on my escalation. On 19th again my product was out for delivery and the delivery person contacted me but i was out of station and phone was in a low network area. I called back the delivery person and he told me that he has reached his office and i need to visit the office. My sister again visited the office and and again the pickup was denied. The hub manager abused my sister and closed down the shutter and humiliated her. I raised this complaint to the ceo again but he again remain silent. The delivery person again came to my delivery address on 20th and requested me to take back the complaint and told me to take the backup of my exchange phone. He did not came to deliver back the phone and i got a call from escalation desk mr. Sunny from ceo office assuring that he will look into the matter. On 21st morning at 1:36 i see that my order is cancelled and the reason mentioned is that courier partner was unabl to reach me. I have been following up with the top officials of flipkart but people are silent on this matter. Also there is a policy of flipkart even if the return pickup fails, the agent has to offer the product without exchange. Everyone is silent even on this. Flipkart had deliberately cancelled the order and even my loan is booked and due to intentional cancellation i am at a loss. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the courier service provider misbehaved with the customer. We have interacted with the customer and informed that we are not able to find any evidence however feedback is been shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
