[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating the customer | |||
Flipkart cancel my mi led 43 inches tv which was booked order on 17 the april i had made payment by credit card till now product not yet delivered. They cancelled my order with out my consent or prior intimation worst service my pin no is 104. The executives didn't take my complaint instantly they promised to delivered for last three days but the delivery is delayed, they failed to fulfilled the promise it is comes under deficiency of service on flipkart. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the cancellation of the order. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to place a fresh order. The seller has confirmed that refund of the order has been completed on April 26, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
