[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating the customers

I have ordered mi smart led tv on september 1 with order id - od[protected] and at the time of installation jeeves engineer came to install the product but when he opened the package the tv remote is missing and he forwarded the issue regarding missing parts to flipkart. But flipkart said that they will not provide replacement instead they will provide refund. The policy clearly says there is 10 days replacement. Also flipkart cheated me regarding the seller. I ordered through seller 'trucomretail" but received product from sane retail pvt. Limited. Check screenshot and you will know it. They said that they will send techician to visit regarding missing parts on or before september 19 but no technician came to visit my home. When i made call to flipkart regarding technician visit they just extended the date to september 24 and my return policy ends on september 21. They are cheating people by not providing solution but they keep extending the date. I ordered this product on september 1 but still my issue is not solved
