Flipkart — Coffee Table and Sofa

I have received a damaged sofa and it reported it right away after delivery. No technician visit has been even after receiving two different dates for the visit. They even rejected my replacement once without having any technician visit and reviewing the product. I've also sent photo to the driver who delivered it and have screenshots of the time the photos and the videos were taken to prove that it was damaged before arrival. They are not taking any actions and have been providing dates only which gets extended each day.
I have also ordered coffee table almost at the same time but till date I've not received anything. The promised delivery date was 14th October which has passed a few days back. They have also sent an email stating that this product is delayed due to shipping issues and offered a gift card and want me to order a new table although I don't want it anymore as the new table is also arriving around end of October which is also not sure. There reps are more like robots who are repeating company policies and are not doing anything about it. They are saying they can't cancel the table because it has a policy of cancelation within 24 hours but how was I supposed to know within 24 hours that this table will not arrive. I can't wait anymore. Everyday I am getting same emails and messages with a different date that it will be 18th October then 21st October. It is unfair to a consumer who is not able to cancel a product which has been delayed from the company's end. Also I paid the full amount for my sofa so why should I keep a damaged product. Please do the needful as I am mentally affected due to their delays and phone calls with vague answer and no resolution.
