Good day, need your assistance to resolve my concern with Flipkart.com
On April 18th in FlipKart.com, I have placed ordered for couple of products like APICAL Plastic, Carbon Steel Car Door Guard for Rs: 555 + PRTEK Plastic Car Bumper Guard for Rs: 557 and the order number is : OD[protected], expected delivery by April 24th.
On April 24th PRTEK Plastic Car Bumper Guard only got delivered, whereas APICAL Plastic, Carbon Steel Car Door Guard wasn't delivered, but in the Flipkart portal it was updated as delivered.
Hence logged ticket: IN[protected] and it was promised to get it resolved within April 29th. But till now it wasn't resolved, instead the ticket got closed without any resolution.
Requested call back for multiple times from April 29th... No proper response or resolution instead customer agents are disconnecting the call and not ready to reopen the ticket itself.
At-last on May 2nd one of the customer care folk Mr. Nitin helped to reopen the ticket and escalate it again.
But I don't think, I will get proper resolution. Need your intervention to speed up the resolution.
