1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week.
2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
10. I have booked above mentioned 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week. Then order deliver date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug i will call delivery boy and delivery boy said i am coming 5 pm. Then i am ready to wait. Then i am see 4pm order was cancel without any reason and without my permission Then i call customer care then customer care said order cancel as per your request But i am not request to any cancelation. Then 2 customer person said order cancelled by logistic team because order was damage. Then 3 customer person said order cancel by flipkart because customer not response. All customer person are lie and also not respond for any complain. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response and also consumer complaints are also not respond.
11. And also all Flipkart customer care are lie and wrong information passes to customer.
12. And your company is responsible then call me immediately.
13. No one was helping in my case, only called customer care but did not
solve my problem and also said please wait for 24 hrs. The first call will
be coming on 3 Aug at 4 pm then senior dex person said please wait for
24hrs But not solve my problem. Call me as soon as possible.
