[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaint about installation of my product

Hi Flipkart

I have purchased Lg smart TV(32 inch) from Flipkart. The product got delivered to my location on 27th June 2020. And installation and demo was planned for 2 nd July 2020.
And today I received SMS from Flipkart that installation and demo has been cancelled. Also on the APP, status is showing as cancelled. Please reach out to me via call as this is urgent. And who will be responsible if the product is damaged. We haven't unpacked our item yet waiting for service engineer to get it successfully done by him.
Please find the attached screenshot showing the planned installation date as 2 ND July 2020
