Flipkart — Complaint against one of the products

I had purchased soch dress material (costing Rs1849)which was delivered on 3rd Oct 21 and I made return request on 4th Oct 21.The pick up date was showing 16th Oct .The item was not picked on the scheduled date.On enquiring the customer execitive told it will be picked by 20th Oct 21.The item still didn't get picked up and on calling the executive failed to solve my issue.This problem I have faced twice. So I think one should break his head for the return and refund in Flipkart. SO beware before making any purchase with Flipkart.
