I ravi kumar singh purchase a samsung galaxy a6 plus mobile through flipkart price is 21990 rupees.my .i exchange my old device android phone cost is 6450 rupees.i receive a damage phone than i returned immediately.15540 is credit in my account on 05 Nov 2018 but remaining bal 6450 rupees is not credited.i call to customer care but no response.pls help me.my registered mob is [protected]
