[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint on flipkart complete protection plan | |||
I have bought my phone with flipkart's complete protection plan on 26th of march 2019. My phone got broken on 7th of jan 2020 and registered a claim on 8th of jan 2020. The complete mobile protection contacted me and asked me to pay 1000rs as a registration fees. The team then came my home and took my phone on 11th of jan 2020. From that day i have no information about my phone. When i call them to know the status they tell me that they will have to talk with high authorities and a mail will be sent to my mail about the status of within 48 hours, but no such mail have came yet. They have assured me that the phone will be repaired after 10 days of pickup but now its 18 days have over but no mail or intimation from their part about my phone.
