[Resolved]  Flipkart — complaint regarding od[protected]

This is in reference to my order no. Od[protected] placed on 27th april, 2018. The order was for cannon eos 1300d quantity 2 for r/s. 24, 534.00 each, total= r/s. 49, 068

I am going through a torturous experience shopping from flipkart.

The order was placed on 27th and what i recieved on 29th was only 1 quantity, the second item was missing and the 1 quantity received had its seal broken

Immediately, i placed the replacement request on 29th april, 2018 and i recieved a mail back from flipkart on 4th may, 2018 confirming the replacement on 8th may.

Then i was supposed to get replacement by 8th may which showed out for delivery on 8th may and then it got undelivered on the promised date and then it got delivered on 11th may and the replacement which i recieved, i made the delivery boy open the product and the product i recieved was also seal broken, both of them and it was clearly mentioned that do not accept if the seal is broken i have also recorded and attached the video as well and i returned the item because of the seal broken and raised an request for the return and now the seller is cancelling my return request stating that the return policy was valid till 9th may if the item is getting delivered to me on 11 may how can i raise the return request before

I spoke to customer care atleast 100s of time many times i have raised the issue.. Everytime they r saying that the issue is being looked upon by concerned time but its just extending day by day. And now when i was already getting a replacement for the missing item i am being asked about that if the item was missing also or not to give my refund what kind of services u provide when already u were giving me seal broken products what was the basis for that then.

These products i wanted to gift somebody the date is already gone now i no more even need the product atleast give my refund now r/s 50k is not less.

Please look into the matter i cannot accept the products with its seal broken and cannot wait for endless days, calling flipkart customer care everyday
