[Resolved] Flipkart — Customer care executive - ruthless | |
I was supposed to get supermart order delivered on 22nd December by 10:30 pm. There was no update from flipkart about the delivery status. So I contacted customer support. A lady spoke to me and asked if she could place my call on hold for a minute. And she placed me on hold for 20 mins until I myself disconnected the call from my end. I have put this on FB as well where I was assured for a call back but it was been 24 hrs now and I haven't received a single call from Flipkart. How unapologetic these guys are !! I am still waiting for a call from Flipkart escalation team. Was this information helpful? | |
