[Resolved] Flipkart — customer confidential detail

On 12th april around 3 pm i ordered one hitachi 1 ton 5 star window ac - white (Of rs 23596) from flipkart, and this site leaked my information (My card bank and address). On 15th april the product got delivered and since then i am getting call from random mobile number ([protected]/[protected]). The person know my address the product i ordered and trying to fool me by saying that i win safari car for being lucky customer of flipkart. Is this the way anyone should sell product and then try to theif customer by sharing their bank details anad address.. This is very non ethical and untolerable action i dont trust this site anymore and want that in future no one get harassed by this situation so please do some needfull action.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We've interacted with the customer providing the information as Flipkart account related data is completely secure and we take stringent measures to ensure that & also, we’ll be working closely with the legal team and law-enforcement authorities to look into this to take any steps needed that can help avoid instances like these & to take appropriate action against fraudsters & meanwhile, she can also choose to file a police case/FIR against them. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
