[Resolved]  Flipkart — customer support not helping either ready to, send call recordings denying direct support

I purchased a macbook air from flipkart in jan, 2017 which worked fine until last month an stopped switching on all of a sudden, it was still under warranty hence i took it to apple service center and they said that it is a common battery issue which can be fixed easily but later 2 weeks i got an email saying it is a paid service since there is a liquid corrosion on laptop and doesn't cover warranty and sent a quotation of 52, 000rs whereas the actual price of laptop was 63, 000rs. I am 110% sure from my end that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid hence i complained the same to flipkart that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid from my end so there are chances that maybe flipkart has sent me a defective product which stopped working within a year itself but flipkart kept denying over and over again. The same things i explained to almost 20+ executives on every call. I was concerned that if i end up buying the same laptop again and if the same things happens again if i am being blamed falsely then i cannot keep spending 63k in every 8 months though the product is under warranty, i was fed o[censored]p explaining to flipkart team over and over again that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid and i am 110% sure about it but they never believed and in the last few calls they literally said that they cannot help post which i asked to send all the call recordings of the case but they are denying even now. I have all the email conversations but the call recordings they are denying. I am upset with flipkart that i am being blamed for no reason instead i should be blaming flipkart for sending a defective product but it happened vice versa and they are directly denying support and not ready to send call recordings. This is insane from a company like flipkart for blaming a customer instead fighting with the service center and admitting that they will try something to help me in this situation as i was frustrated of explaining the same things over ever calls, my every call with flipkart was not less then 30mins and i have tried to prove myself again and again but never believed me and decided to close the case saying is there anything else they can help apart from this issue. Please help me, i am done fighting with flipkart and they clearly gave a green signal to contact consumer forums but they will not send call recordings neither will help me with this issues.

@consumer - I did received a call from Flipkart yesterday after I forwared this complaint email to them and they are now asking to get a written letter from Apple service center asking the exact time of liquid drop which is not possible and insane to ask this things, they are playing around with me. And the sad part is that even yesterday they denied to send call recordings and again blamed me for dropping a liquid they are dumb to go through the previous conversation and making me repeat the same thing again and again. I blame Flipkart for sending me a product which was defective and stopped working within a year.
