[Resolved]  Flipkart — Oil leakage received but no help from Flipkart

I had order 2 qty of oil sunflower of gulab of rs 1558... Inclusive of all taxes paid shipping and packing. It means should get product in proper condition that when i open it should be usable
I had received poor packing product because of that two oil container collide with each other with no precaution in it product damage during transit this happen due to poor packing all oil was leaked inside and the product also given to me old stock which is almost expired i m paying money blindly thinking i wil get order in good condition and keeping trust on flipkart and this i had recived on return
I can't accept this product in corona pandemic condition of leakage and expired product please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in my original payment gateway account can't take risk on health by accepting damage and expired product from flipkart

I had ordered ghee and oil both i had received in deffective condition and almost expired product

Ghee 2qty i had received tracking is fmpc[protected] in that product the product is totally bend due to poor packing from seller all ghee was out of it and all bad smell was coming from the product and when i had seen the date it was october 2019 almost last year product last old stock given to me which is no use of and it is damage it was not wrap properly from seller in transportation the product has been damage i had kept the product aside it is not usable for daily use it his hazerdous to our health so kindly arrange reverse pickup for this order and refund my money back immediately

And other is oil tracking id is fmpc[protected] i had ordered oil of 2 qty and paid rs 179 for delivery charge in that all packing and shipping is included then why i had received product damage during transit the person who had packed he should have sense it should coated with plastic of extra layer that product will not damage during transit because heavy load are on it and this i had recived damage during transit caps was open it was leak and no use of it and also the product was november 2019 packet and after my order it was out of stock it indicates that old stock given to me without any checking asked seller how we had given me the parcel no extra safety of covering just given in 2 box tightly i can't accept this product

Please arrange reverse pickup for this my two order and take this deffective and old stock and damage product back to u and refund my money back once it clear from u r end

This my Friend Order Number Which we are raising Complaint Against Flipkart For not helping to him after raising the complaint to Flipkart

I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

I had order 2 qty oil but I didn't knew I would get product in damage condition the oil was leaked totally due to poor packing and no safety inside the box two containers given in small box and it was tightly pack due to collision with each other all the oil was collide each other and it was leaked inside the box this happen due to poor packing not shipping department... because in transportation all the box are not taking care they are in fast movement to deliver the parcel as early as possible no Resolution get from Flipkart after Esclating to them so I m esclating this matter consumer Complaint Board Of india and all forums that I should get justice and Resolution of my money please Refund my money back immediately
