[Resolved]  Flipkart — damage refrigerator

Address:Sree Sainadh Apt, HUDA Layout, 500019

I purchased samsung 253 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator delivered on damage condition on 14th august. Return option is not appearing for me. I called around 20 times to customer care everyone tells technical issues need to wait for 24 to 48 hours.
I write multiple mails cc'ed cs-head but never seen such worst company and worst response from customer care.
Can you help to find solution for this.
