Flipkart — damaged and used product delivered (smartphone-redmi k20 pro)

My name is Harikrishnan.R and i am from Kerala.I ordered Redmi K20 pro from Flipkart and the product delivered to me on Saturday (20/07/2019) was not a genuine product and is an used one.Seal was not proper and the screen protector applied over the phone was not from genuine Redmi and was a local screen protector.Also there was a scratch mark on the right bottom corner of the display(gorilla glass).I got the product on 20/07/2019 by around 1.00pm and requested a replacement (return) at 1.15pm seeing that the product is not genuine.Today(22/07/2019)morning two people(not well behaved, I don't think they have passed even 10 the standard) from Jeeves group came for technical visit and irritated my parents using unnecessary words.My parents(aged, senior citizens) felt very much sad hearing unacceptable words from them.They told that I have done fraud and I changed the screen guard.They also told that I won't get the product replacement and also told that I purposefully damaged the phone.They rejected my return request by giving fake statements.This is really pathetic.These tech visit people and Omnitech retail(retailer) of Flipkart are together cheating customers.I requested for a return again and customer care executive re registered the complaint with new tech visit process again.Flipkart's replacement and return policy is a fraud intiative.So please provide me a proper solution and take necessary steps to get me the phone replaced.Also take action against the fraud technicians.

Day before yesterday I got the phone k20 pro(25/07/2019) replaced.The specification sticker was again missing from the phone.Instead of that a normal(local) sticker was wrapped around the phone.I took the video o[censored]nboxing my phone and it is clearly visible in the video.Along with that the upper part of the display is more yellowish than the lower part.So from now onwards I don't trust the quality check of Omnitech retail (retailer)who send me the phone through flipkart(I am not able to select the reason for this at the time of selecting return.Please do it from your side).So what I need is a refund, because second time also they break the trust.So please take the necessary steps to get me the refund.Because I don't want to get cheated once again and take action against the retailer who did this.Please don't arrange for technical visit an all because I already explained what those people are going to say during the time of visit.What I need is a refund of Rs.27999/- which I paid for the phone
