[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged cooler delivered, return pickup not done after 1 month also.order no-od[protected]

I had ordered online the maharaja 18ltr air cooler from Flipkart on 16.10.18.product delivered on 22.10.18.payment done.
Damaged maharaja air cooler received after full advance payment done.return request raised and pickup was scheduled on 29.10.18 but not done any pick-up by Flipkart since request cancelled at there end.Again second time return pick-up was raised and new date was 06.11.18, but pickup not done citing request cancelled from Flipkart automatically.
Now 3rd time request raised for pickup and new date 10.9.18 was given today.date after dates, I think there some logistic department fraud going on and they canceled request automatically and extend timelines till refund validity expires.

two times return request directly cancel from Flipkart without my knowledge.25 days have passed but still item not pickup by Flipkart even after regular follow ups.
Pathetic customer service and logistics is bad.
No escalation matrix available to attend customer.
Will never purchase from Flipkart again.

Flipkart is really a fraud company.still damaged cooler is not picked up from my home after 1 month of delivery also.and showing complaint resolved?
